myAtlante is the free app that allow you to easily access all Atlante charging stations in Italy, France, and Spain. Currently, charging stations from other operators are not visible.

Through the app, you can search for the nearest Atlante charging point and start charging your electric vehicle. Use our filters to search by power, type of connector, and availability.

Access the ‘My Vehicles’ section from the main menu and click on ‘Add a new vehicle’. The app is compatible with a wide range of electric car brands and models.

Additionally, some brands like Tesla, BMW, and Volkswagen, support the direct connection between the vehicle and the app, allowing you to view on your smartphone the battery charge status and the amount of energy input during the charging session.

The time needed to charge your vehicle depends on three factors:

1) the battery charge status of the car
2) the model of your electric car
3) the power of the charging station

myAtlante app currently does not support reservation.

App registration is completely for free. You will be only asked to associate a valid credit or debit card. Most common payment circuits such as Mastercard, Visa, and Maestro are supported. Currently, American Express circuit and payments via PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay are not supported. Charging costs are specified within the app and vary depending on the power of the charging point.

Please make sure with your bank that 3D Secure feature for online payments is enabled in your debit or credit card.

Access the ‘Charging History’ section from the main menu in order to monitor all your past charging sessions, by month or by year, and to download your receipts.

Yes, you can request your Atlante Charging Card (RFID card), from the ‘Charging Cards’ section of the main menu of the app. The Atlante Charging Card (RFID card) allows you to activate charging exclusively on Atlante charging stations without using the app.

The cost for the card is €2 VAT included and it will be shipped to the address you have provided within ten working days.

No, your Atlante Charging Card (RFID card) has no credit and is not rechargeable. The RFID card will allow you to start a charging session without your smartphone. All costs will be charged to the credit/debit card you registered in the app.

You can activate your new Atlante Charging Card by accessing the main menu and selecting ‘Charging Cards’.  Then click the ‘+’ button and enter the code that you find on the back of the card.

The virtual card contains a unique code associated with your account and is automatically created in the ‘Charging Cards’ section of the app, after you register a credit/debit card. The virtual card allows you to start and stop a charging session directly through the app. If you rather prefer a physical card to start and stop your charging sessions, you can request your myAtlante Charging Card (RFID card) and register it in the app. Both the virtual card and the myAtlante Charging Card (RFID card) are associated with your account but have different identification codes and are not linked to each other.
